One to one counselling:
These are confidential one-to-one sessions, personalized and tailored to your needs.
I believe that we are all unique, and there is not one way that works for all. I, therefore, work collaboratively with my clients, and use a person-centered approach, placing my client in the center of the process, actively engaged, and also in an integrative way, blending different skills and therapeutic approaches, tailoring each session to your needs.
My main priority is developing a supportive work alliance of trust. This is your opportunity to be fully heard, not judged, to feel safe, and to gain clarity. You can learn very much about yourself and your true potential through this process, and identify unhelpful patterns you may be stuck with or holding you back.
If appropriate, we will also learn coping strategies to help you overcome your challenges and gain balance.
One-to-one therapy is a choice and a preference, and on occasions is more suitable if you require confidential and more dedicated psychological support. It is in particular more suitable to help you with trauma. I can offer you emotion-focused therapy and Trauma-informed Mindfulness to support you in processing extremely difficult experiences, so you can flourish and overcome severe anxiety and feelings of distress.
One to one Counselling is also more suitable if you feel very stuck with your emotional well-being or mental health problems, and if you have been struggling for several months. I can also offer you an integrative psychotherapy approach for Anxiety or depression, blending person-centered, emotion-focused therapy and Cognitive Behaviour therapy techniques.
I hold space using therapeutic skills, guided Mindfulness meditation, self-compassion visualizations, and somatic practices as appropriate. I work with these experiential/somatic tools as appropriate, and more on to one-to-one basis, as there is relevant research that proves how long-lasting changes in therapy happen when experiences are processed somatically, through the body. This means that as part of the talking therapy process, there are ways to go deeper, discovering very valuable information that is held within our bodies.

90-minute one-off sessions: £95.
8 sessions £600 (to be used within 6 months).
Fees
1 hour one-off sessions: £65.
8 sessions £400 (to be used within 10 weeks).
